1. Returns (Within India)
Please note that Kiddi Wear does not accept returns or refunds for any products once sold.
Our policy allows exchange only, under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. International Orders
For all international purchases, returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
3. Exchange Policy
At Kiddi Wear, we aim to deliver complete customer satisfaction. You may request an exchange if you face any issue with your order, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and accessories intact.

Exchange is available only in select cities where our partner stores operate.
Valid Reasons for Exchange:

Defective or damaged product (excluding damages due to misuse or handling).

Incorrect item received (different from what was ordered).

Size issue in apparel or footwear (exchange possible for a different size, subject to stock availability).
Exchange Process:

Visit your nearest Kiddi Wear partner store within 3 days of delivery (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM).

Carry the original invoice/receipt and the product for verification.

Once approved, you can choose an exchange product of the same or higher value (by paying the difference).

If the exchanged item is of lower value, you’ll receive a store credit for the balance.
Kiddi Wear reserves the right to refuse exchanges that don’t meet eligibility criteria or show signs of misuse or tampering.
4. Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
How to Cancel:
Email us at support@kiddiewear.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you wish to cancel.
Important Notes:

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If your payment has been processed for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within standard banking timelines.
