Shippping Policy

1. Shipping Charges

Within India:
Calculated automatically at checkout.

International Orders:
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page based on destination and order weight.


2. Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, all customs duties, local taxes, and import fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer. These charges are not controlled by Kiddi Wear, and we cannot confirm whether they will apply to your specific order.


3. Delivery Time

Within India: 3–4 working days from the date of dispatch.
(If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.)

International Orders: 12–15 working days from the date of dispatch.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.
You can also track your shipment anytime on our website under the “Track Order” section.


5. Order Cancellation

Important Notes:

  • Some products or orders may not be eligible for cancellation at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.

  • If your card has been charged for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation Process:
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
To request cancellation, email us at support@kiddiewear.com with your order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel.


6. Reporting a Non-Delivery

If your parcel has not arrived within 2 days of the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Support immediately.

Resolution Process

A. Investigation:
Our team will verify shipment status and contact the logistics partner to identify the issue.

B. Communication:
We’ll keep you updated regularly on the progress and expected resolution timeline.

C. Resolution:
If the parcel is located, it will be delivered promptly.
If declared lost, we’ll issue a replacement or refund as per our policy.
Please note: claims must be raised within 2 days of the expected delivery date; beyond this window, Kiddi Wear cannot be held responsible.

Exceptions:
This policy excludes delays caused by factors beyond our control — such as natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen events. However, we will inform you of any such delays as soon as possible.
